We love our babies and small children and care for them in may ways throughout their infancy. We physically care for them, teaching them with every touch, sound and smell they experience. A christening is a ceremony to recognize the child in a spiritual way by calling the child's spirit with their name.

We also honor the parents, grandparents and godwparents and call their roles into play. The christening call the child's spirit to faith and inspiration, spirituality and devotion amd the ability to trust life.
