Dedicated to Deepening Our Connection to Our Authentic Selves

Spirit is available in every moment. We choose moment to moment either to connect to our own inherent wisdom or to remain separate. When we choose to connect to external energy sources of the earth and the sky, and breathe into that connection, we allow our higher self to come into this physical manifestation. If you are willing to journey deeper into your wholeness you may find that a guided support group will provide you with new ideas and practices to deepen your connection.

As we sit together, we will change. Transforming is inevitable because our meeting evokes part of ourselves formerly dormant to begin awakening. As we awaken, the ego shifts uncomfortably as it tries to retain the familiar, habitual patterns of our lives. This shifting may feel like we are breaking. What we are breaking is old pictures of who we think we are or who we think we should be. We are bringing in a living, breathing, being, namely ourselves, to replace the pictures.

We will take field trips to spiritual places or movies, and use the tools of conversation, dialogue and writing and practice using the strength of your word to empower you!
